This weekend we are going over to Taupo to do flag marshalling [woo. not.] I think one of the races is a Porsche one so at least that's something.

I'm about to make Mocha Icing to eat. I should probably put in on something, but really there's nothing to put it on, so I have to eat it with a spoon. Damn!!

Mocha Icing

Throw 1 tsp butter into a cup and add a couple of tbsps of boiling water. Stir till butter is dissolved, then add half a tsp of instant coffee powder, one tsp of cocoa, and some icing sugar. Stir that fucker up. Keep adding icing sugar until it's thick but still chocolate coloured. Stir it until it's smooth, then eat it with a spoon. yum.
