I feel screwed after last night. This morning I was stuck in-between being awake and asleep, you know, when you're desperately trying to get out of the fucked up in between state. I could explain the little story from last night. from the beginning, I guess. Here in New Zealand the criminals are disproportionately Maori [the natives, although supposedly they came over here a few hundred years ago and cannibalised the actual natives...] and Pacific Islanders. They aren't all criminals, they do however commit more crime than is proportionate to their population size [e.g. 15% of the NZ population commit over 50% of the crime]. In New Zealand, some of the neighbouring islands such as Samoa and all that, have this thing where their residents can come here and automatically have citizenship or something like that, [I think they can get the dole over here too]. Anyway, one the way back from the supermarket last night, this car full of Islanders that was parked on the side of the road, pulled out and cut off in front of us. They were going the same way and when we turned on to the two lane road and pasted them and then they pasted us, then we took off and they were well behind. Then we pulled up to the traffic lights, which were red at the time. and when we were waiting for the lights the carload from before and another car of their friends pulled up behind and jumped out and started causing some shit. so that is what happened last night. Fucking psychos. On a lighter note, since my study's finished for the year, on my agenda today is to do some designs and reviewing before I go nuts. Oh, and Ben just informed me there is housework to be done. At the moment I'm searching from a big picture of something British such as a building or castle to use of on a layout for Ben's parents' trip. They're quitting their jobs and leaving their kids in New Zealand while they flee off to Britain for some undetermined time. I find this kinda funny, parents aren't supposed to be so irresponsible. It should be a fun adventure for them.
